If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase call or email us within 48 hours of receipt.

If the Item(s) are not Damaged

If the box is unopened,  we will issue a return authorization via email.

Send it back within 5 days, and we will issue a 100% refund...All we ask is that you pay the shipping back (in mist cases...we paid the shipping to you)

If the box is opened the same policy applies plus a 25% restocking fee and all freight charges.

If the Item(s) are Damaged

Call or email us within 48 hours of receipt. We will issue a return authorization via email, send it back within 5 days, and we will issue a 100% refund PLUS your freight charges back (UPS ground shipping, US only, 48 contiguous States)


Refunds

Refunds will be issued on approved returns within seven business days of receipt of the returned item (s).

All notifications will be sent via email, to the address on file.

We will only accept returns on complete packages, and approved returns with the Return Authorization number printed on the box.
